I am pretty sure that the way presented saves of the electric Energy as well as money. The major problems associated with replacement of IL with CFL, particularly in Nepal, are:<BR/>1. Availability of Duplicate CFL having very small lifetime in the market.( Such stuffs have reduced the faith of common people towards the use of CFL.) and<BR/>2. High price of CFL<BR/><BR/>Therefore, to encourage the people towards using CFL:<BR/>1. Government (authority) should ban on all low quality CFL and<BR/>2.
