Participate in Innovation 2008 online

Nation’s top thinkers gather at University of Minnesota Monday & Tuesday to highlight connection between presidential politics, science, and fixing the economy in a public forum.

As the race for the White House enters the home stretch, several of the nation’s leading thinkers in science and policy are gathering in Minneapolis to discuss how the next president can jump-start the economy and renew America’s leadership position in education, research, health, and energy, at a conference billed as Innovation2008.com

The conference will be keynoted by Minnesota native and 2003 Nobel laureate Peter Agre, with a closing address by famed science broadcaster Ira Flatow of NPR’s Talk of the Nation: Science Friday. Both events are free and open to the public.
