Welcome/स्वागतम्

Being a graduate student of Science (Chemistry), it is difficult to get time for this blog. However, I am trying to have at least one blog post per week. This blog was started from fall 2007. I hope this blog is interesting to you. Even though professionally I am a science student, I am not isolated from the people, nature surrounding me. Therefore, most of the posts in this blog are experiences, feeling, and thoughts of a science student influenced and related to society.

Grizzly Bear in Yellostone National Park on July 2011

In our recent trip to Yellostone and Grant Teton National Park, we were lucky to see Grizzly bear. Yellostone national park is world's first national park. We were on our third day in this area and coming down from Mammoth, WY. Driving downhill drive on the Grand Loop Road making 8 on the NP, right after the Tower Junction. The landscape was beautiful, driving was fun. I saw some people pointing their binacular towards the mountain on our right. I thought there must be something on that hill. I stopped my vehicle on the side of the road. They were looking at the Grizzly bear. YES we saw Grizzly bear. Check out this video.

Grizzly bears are one of the most aggressive bears. More about it on wiki.
