One thing to be noted about the plants in this area is that they have to complete their life cycle in very short interval of time. Summer is short. Rest of the year is covered with snow. That's why in the early summer these plants start their life and late summer they just dye. Summer is beautiful because winter is all white. One can see nice and beautiful flowers around the campus area of University of Wyoming. Some of them are just wild and many of them are planted by the campus.
